LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Bishop Gorman High School has confirmed another COVID-19 positive case on its campus, bringing the total to three cases since the school reopened in August.

The private high school on the west side of the Las Vegas valley sent an e-mail to parents and students Friday afternoon informing them that "an individual who had been present on campus tested positive for COVID-19."

In the statement sent to parents and students, it says, "Based on the circumstances of the event, it is likely that this positive case originated off campus. There are no known connections to previous cases."
