Clark County is under a red flag warning with hot temperatures and windy conditions.

The high fire danger is from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, including much of Southern Nevada as well as parts of Arizona and Utah.
13 First Alert Meteorologist Justin Bruce offered a few tips to prevent fires.
- Don't toss cigarette butts
- Take care with campfires
- Keep grill 10 feet from house
- Paint cans can ignite in the sun
