On Nov. 16, the city of Las Vegas’ development services will be relocated to City Hall in the first-floor lobby area located at 495 S. Main St. Services such as building permits, business licenses, planning and zoning will move to City Hall from their current location at the Development Services Center, located at 333 N. Rancho Drive.

All cashiering transactions will be available at the Customer Care Center in the City Hall Parking Garage located at 500 S. Main St.

This move will not include the relocation of other non-city of Las Vegas government tenants at 333 N. Rancho Drive, including the Southern Nevada Health District and the Law Office of James J. Ream.

The last day of development services operations at 333 N. Rancho Drive will end at 3 p.m. on Nov. 12. City offices will be closed Nov. 11, in observation of the Veterans Day holiday.

Normal in-person services will resume at City Hall and the Customer Care Center Monday, Nov. 16.

This location change will not impact any of the city’s online services, which are available for most development services at lasvegasnevada.gov.

Online services include building permits, business licenses, zoning/land use applications, payment transactions and more.
