LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Circa Resort is about to hit another big construction milestone in downtown Las Vegas.

Circa will celebrate a "topping out" on Friday as the final beam of the tower will be raised and put in place.

Circa is the first ground-up gaming resort in downtown since 1980.
