Police closed off the intersection near Charleston Boulevard and 17th Street due to a barricade situation Saturday morning.
Reports indicate that a man inside a business near the area is refusing to come out. The situation stemmed from a domestic violence incident. Police say the man possibly has other warrants.
The standoff ended around 11:30 a.m.
