UPDATE: Police say the driver's pickup truck suffered from mechanical issues. The driver was not intoxicated.
ORIGINAL STORY:
NORTH LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- Police say a car crashed into a bus stop on Friday.
It was reported around 3:08 p.m. near Craig and Pecos Roads. Investigators say 36-year-old man was sitting at the bus stop waiting for it to show up, when he was hit by a pickup truck.
He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening issues.
Impairment is not believed to be a factor at this point.
