A program that helps young people get back on track after dropping out of school is closing.
The Clark County School District told 13 Action News Burk Horizon is closing Oct. 13. It is one of two programs at the campus. Burk Sunset is not closing.
There are 89 students in the Horizon program. The district is working with the students to place them into new programs, giving them the option to move to the Sunset program or go to a regular high school.
