8:45 P.M.

Las Vegas Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle crash that happened at 7:18 p.m. near Bermuda Road and East Windmill Lane. Police say a Ford Explorer made a left hand turn, cutting in front of the motorcycle. The motorcycle then ran into the Explorer's door. The motorcycle rider died at the scene. The SUV driver was transported to UMC in critical condition.

4:10 P.M.

Shortly after 2:50 p.m., Henderson policed responded to a call from a woman who said that a gun was fired during a domestic dispute in the 100 block of Glen Falls Avenue. Police are now trying to contact the male suspect at the home. So far, there are no known injuries.

At 12:22 p.m., Las Vegas police responded to EZPAWN located on East Sahara Avenue near South Maryland Parkway when it was reported that two suspects with bandana style masks with handguns had entered the building. Employees and customers ran out the back door. When police arrived, no suspects were located. Several glass display cases were smashed and property stolen. 

 

 

 

7:48 A.M.

On May 13 at 11:20 p.m., firefighters rescued five people trapped inside a burning home at 4014 Meadow Foxtail Drive. All five were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

12:56 A.M.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police officials are investigating the death of a man following a foot chase in the 3000 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard. The man attempted to flee from police in a vehicle, so officers put him in a "Lateral Vascular Neck Restraint." He lost consciousness and later died at the hospital. READ MORE.
