This is a roundup of all the breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley for May 12, 2017.

9:45 P.M.

Las Vegas police and the Coroner are investigating a suspicious death of a woman in the 10000 block of Calcedonian Street. The call came in around 7 p.m. and detectives are currently on scene trying to determine the cause of death.

4:30 P.M.

Around 3:10 p.m., the 3-year-old child in the drowning incident was pronounced deceased at University Medical Center.

3:51 P.M.

Clark County firefighters responded to reports of a fire in the rear of the Showcase Mall around 8:22 a.m. Crews discovered flames in a maintenance room and had it out within ten minutes. An employee was evaluated for smoke inhalation but wasn't taken to the hospital.

3:40 P.M.

A minor has a leg injury after being hit by a car around 2:40 p.m. near Jones Boulevard and Eugene Avenue, between Smoke Ranch Road and Lake Mead Boulevard. The person hurt was transported to University Medical Center. The driver remained on scene.

2:45 P.M.

Las Vegas police are investigating a 3-year-old child found in a bathtub on the 4600 block of Vegas Drive, near Decatur Boulevard. The child has been transported to University Medical Center. Police are calling the incident a possible drowning.

2:30 P.M.

A naked man was reported running on Interstate 15 near Apex before being taken into custody.

2:15 P.M.

A semi-truck rolled over on northbound U.S. 95 near Indian Springs around 9 a.m. Friday. The driver suffered minor injuries. The semi-truck was carrying playing cards.

6:47 A.M.

Officers are investigating claims that a dog on the 8300 block of Fawn Brook Court, near Deer Springs and Grand Montecito Parkway, was attacking people. The dog has since been shot but there are no injuries reported to any people. READ MORE.

5:30 A.M.

A crash on Anasazi Drive, near Summerlin Parkway, has caused a lane closure.

3:25 A.M.

Shooting at  the 6300 block of Chimney Wood Avenue. One suspect is at the hospital being treated for a gun shot wound to the stomach.

12:25 A.M.

Swat called to the 1000 block of Colgate Lane for a barricade situation. A man reportedly fired multiple shots inside of the home.
