This is a roundup of all the breaking news from around the Las Vegas valley for May 11, 2017.

9:45 P.M.

North Las Vegas police are investigating a homicide that took place in the 2100 block of East Cheyenne Avenue near Civic Center Drive. READ MORE.

6 P.M.

Police responded to a shooting call at the Bloom Apartment Homes in the 7500 block of West Gowan Road around 6 p.m. When they arrived they found a deceased man in a car. Police are currently investigating and we will announce details as we get them.

3:45 P.M. 

Police were called to a domestic disturbance at the 4900 block of Caprock Canyon Avenue around 7:30 a.m. After finding a battered victim, a detective asked for a search warrant to be issued on the residence. SWAT was called in to assist the issuing of the warrant, and because the suspect was known to have weapons.

9:20 A.M.

 

Three people have been transported to the hospital following a pepper spray incident in a McDonald's on Sahara Avenue and Arville Street. Police said around 9:10 a.m., there was a disagreement between two people inside the McDonald's, leading to one person pepper spraying the other.

4:30 AM

LVMPD has reported a pedestrian-automobile crash at the intersection of North Las Vegas Boulevard and East Bonanza Road.

The female pedestrian has been transported to UMC Truama in critical condition and LVMPD's fatal unit was called to the scene.
