A wrongful death lawsuit against the Bureau of Land Management has been dropped.
The suit was involving two federal agents who shot and killed 20-year-old D'andre Berghardt Jr. two years ago.
Court records show the complaint filed by Berghardt's mother, Tracy Meadows, was closed Monday.
Berghardt was killed near Red Rock Canyon after resisting arrest. Police say he was trying to climb into an Nevada Highway Patrol vehicle to remove a rifle.
Officers responded to the scene after calls that Berghardt was harassing bike riders.
