Now, a benefit skate will be held on Dec. 15 at 6 p.m. at City National Arena for Magdon.

It will cost $5, including rental skates, according to event organizers.

The 7-year-old is currently going through chemotherapy. His parents said they're not giving up hope and his teammates are rallying around him.

There will be a raffle at the benefit with prizes, including two tickets to the Golden Knights Gala and a jersey signed by the whole team.
