A baby that was thrown into a crib while at an unlicensed daycare center last year has died.
The North Las Vegas Police Department says that they were notified of the death on April 23. However, they do not know exactly when the baby passed away.
Police say that Alejandra Robles was taking care of 8 kids at the daycare in November 2015 when she threw the 7-month-old child. The child suffered irreversible brain damage.
Robles was arrested at the time of the incident. NLVPD is now looking into possibly updating the charges against Robles.
