August national rent report shows increase of almost 9%

Rent prices are up in Las Vegas, even during the pandemic. According to Zumper, the price of 2 bedroom apartments is up almost 9% since this time last year. It reports that the median price for a 2 bedroom apartment is $1,250 and $1,000 for a 1 bedroom.
