UPDATE ON NOV. 1: The deceased has been identified as 26-year-old Robert Abner from Las Vegas. His cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds. His death was ruled a homicide by the coroner.

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) -- One man was fatally shot at a house party around 2:05 a.m. Sunday.
Police located an adult male with multiple gunshot wounds in the 5700 block of Auborn Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medical crews.
An investigation revealed that a fight took place at a house party that involved several attendees. The victim was shot during the fight. Afterward, the suspect fled in a vehicle.
Several people left the residence immediately following the shooting. Detectives are asking those who left to come forward with information related to the altercation and the shooter.
