LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Bargain shoppers are making their way to Town Square Las Vegas for some browsing and buying.
Discount retail chain T-J Maxx opened its doors at the outdoor shopping area.
13 Action News went around town, where mall businesses are excited to welcome its newest neighbors.
"It's really fun to see TJ Maxx come in here because it's a lot of kind of like the same customer base," says Maria Echeverria of Sweet Bubble Bath Confections. "So we're really excited." that they're coming in.
Other shops in the area are excited bout the growth T.J. Maxx will bring to the mall.
"Oh, that's a pleasure. Anybody that can move in here and can help bring business to Town Square, that'll help us out," says Elbert Braud Sr. of Braud's Funnel Cake Cafe. "Hopefully if they buy a new suit, they can come on over and get a funnel cake!"
Brenda Diaz of Buttercup Baby also thinks T.J. Maxx will fit in just fine, "I'm glad that they're actually coming into the area, so that we'll have more movement coming into the shopping center."
This will be the seventh T.J. Maxx in the Valley.
