Nevada Voters for Animals rallied Friday, wanting more resources to crackdown on people selling sick puppies on Craigslist.
The rally was held in front of the Regional Justice Center.
Nevada Voters for Animals told 13 Action News at least two puppies bought online have been put down this week because they have distemper -- a deadly and contagious virus.
Animal advocates say there are laws to protect animals sold online but not enough people to enforce those laws.
