A lot of people feel the north end of the Las Vegas strip has a lot of potential – All Net Resort-Arena and Resorts World are trying to help fulfill it.
The Clark County commissioners approved the next phase of the All Net Resort-Arena. The plan is to build an arena, two hotel towers, movie theatre and retail space. It'll sit between the Fontainbleau and SLS hotel-casinos.
Another project that is moving forward is the Resort World project. W.A. Richardson builders will serve as the construction manager for the $43 billion property.
