The Southern Nevada Beagle Rescue Foundation held an adoption event at St. Frances of Assisi Catholic Church in Henderson over the weekend.
The rescue says it pre-screens all of its rescues for behavioral and health conditions before the dogs are put up for adoption.
The dogs are also spayed and neutered and have microchips.
