A man accused of shooting at a store clerk over a tray of nachos is expected to be in court Thursday.
Police said on March 14, Anthony Gioiosa pulled a gun on the store clerk at the AM/PM store near Las Vegas Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue after the clerk caught him stealing food.
Police say Gioiosa and another man made a tray of nachos and walked out without paying, telling the store clerk that they were gangsters who don't pay.
Gioisa was charged with burglary, assault and weapons violations.
