Six people were displaced after a garage fire in Summerlin Wednesday night.
The fire started around 9:40 p.m. in the 8400 block of Desert Quail Drive, near Rampart Boulevard and Vegas Drive.
All the damage was confined to the garage.

One person was taken to the hospital to be checked out for smoke inhalation.
The American Red Cross is assisting two adults and four children who were displaced. One dog was able to escape.
There were no injuries to first responders.
The cause is under investigation.
