Five people were injured after a serious crash around 2:15 p.m. on Friday.
It was reported on the 215, Interstate 15 southbound interchange.
Investigators say a Chevrolet Silverado and Ford passenger van collided. There is no information on what led to the crash.
5 victims who were inside the van, were taken to the hospital as a result of the crash.
