LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ — A 2-year-old girl is in extremely critical condition after almost drowning in a swimming pool, according to officials.
The Mohave County Sheriff's Office says the child was found face down in the pool at a Lake Havasu City home around 3 p.m. on May 31.
The child was pulled from the pool by family members.
Authorities performed CPR on her before she was transported to the hospital in an ambulance.
The investigation remains ongoing.
