Two people were displaced in a fire at an apartment complex Sunday morning.

It happened at 6:10 a.m. in the 5700 block of Boulder Highway, near Tropicana Avenue.

Clark County firefighters said when they got there, they saw smoke pouring out from the first floor. They put out the fire by 6:19 a.m.

Firefighters were able to prevent extension of the fire to adjacent units and contained it to one apartment.
