A 14-year-old student at West Career and Technical Academy was arrested on campus for bringing a BB gun to school.
The incident happened around 9:15 a.m. Tuesday. Reports indicate the male student did not use it or threaten anyone in any way. Another student noticed the BB gun in his bag and reported it to school officials.
The school was on lockdown for about ten minutes. Clark County School District Police are investigating the incident.
