LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Nevada Department of Public Safety rolled out a new awareness campaign in October.
The campaign focuses on ending impaired driving throughout Nevada with the idea stemming from from the Safety Zero Fatalities Program.
According to the DPS, impaired driving related accidents in Nevada are an epidemic and must end.
The department says 20 percent of all traffic fatalities in Nevada were alcohol related.
