Michelin-starred chef Robert Sulatycky and Bryan Fyler are bringing the spotlight to the next generation of culinary talent with the 2026 Ment’or Young Chef and Commis Competitions in Las Vegas.
Hosted at UNLV on April 16, the competition gathers some of the country’s most respected chefs and rising culinary stars to showcase skill, creativity, and precision under pressure. The event is part of Ment’or’s mission to mentor and develop young chefs as they begin their professional journeys.
