LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — As we celebrate Black History Month, 13 Action News is also recognizing those who are making strides within our local community and embodying what we like to call Black Excellence.

One of those people is a 5-year-old boy from Las Vegas.

Justyn Boumah is proving there's no age limit when you're trying to make an impact.

Justyn and his mom help put care packages together for sanitation workers and the homeless community as a way to give back.

Every year he also hosts a read-a-thon called Around the World, where he rallies kids all around the world to read books.
