LAS VEGAS (KTNV ) — During this pandemic, shelters across the country have reportedly seen an uptick in pet adoptions and fosters. But other rescue groups have been struggling with an increase in pet surrenders. In fact, Pets of the Week Tinkerbell & Peanut are two of those Pets surrendered during the pandemic.
