LAS VEGAS (AP) — Police in Las Vegas say one person was injured after being shot on New Year's Eve.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police spokeswoman Laura Meltzer says the person was dropped off at Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center just before 10 p.m. Monday with a gunshot wound.
Meltzer said the person was taken instead to University Medical Center.
Details about the person's condition were not available.
Meltzer told the Las Vegas Review-Journal that police were still trying to determine what happened.
