Las Vegas police identified the officer involved in a shooting near the 200 block of North Jones Boulevard as Officer Weston Williams. He's been placed on routine administrative leave pending an investigation of the incident. READ MORE

Four adults and two teens were displaced after a fire around 8:19 a.m. at 9955 Gray Sea Eagle Avenue, near Spring Mountain Road and Grand Canyon Drive. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
