Crews are hard at work ripping up old asphalt and replacing it with new on Pecos Road.
The 8-day project involves a 3-mile stretch of Pecos from Sunset Road to Flamingo Road.
The work will take place from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
If you live or work in the area, Eastern Avenue and Sandhill will be better routes to take until the work is completed on June 9.
