LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Vegas Golden Knights paid tribute to a super fan and season ticket holder, John Baratta, who passed on March 2.
John Baratta was lovingly known by many fans as "Hulk" as he would regularly appear on the KnightTron tearing his Hulkamania shirt to reveal a Golden Knights jersey.
The team kept his seat empty during the game against New Jersey on March 3, with a customized jersey, seen in their tweet:
The Fortress lost one of its own on Monday.
We honor season ticket member John Baratta and we thank him for his passion since day one.
We will always remember his shirt-ripping and The Hulk energy he brought on Knight Tron. 💪 #VegasBorn pic.twitter.com/Omk8LrW4qH
