The Golden Knights continue to make NHL history, advancing to the Western Conference Finals Sunday night. On Monday, it was back to business for the team's GM.

George McPhee answered questions from reporters Monday afternoon. He's credited with assembling the team that's surpassed all expectations in its inaugural season.

But McPhee is always looking ahead, "With each round it only gets tougher and tougher."

Vegas will play either Winnipeg or Nashville in the conference finals. Currently, Winnipeg leads the series 3-2, with Game 6 being played tonight. Both teams have better regular season records than the Knights, so Vegas will be the road team, having home-ice for Games 3,4, and 6 if necessary.

We also asked fans what they would like to ask McPhee if given the chance. Derek Delp had a good one in mind, "Are you concerned with too much success too early? Or is there no such thing?"

The press conference is behind closed doors, so we asked Derek's question for him. McPhee smiled and answered, "In this business you're here to win. I'm not concerned about that. This is certainly what we all hope can happen. These are our jobs."

So far, McPhee has done his job well.
