LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — In celebration of the Vegas Golden Knights’ first Stanley Cup playoff series of the 2018-19 season, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ iconic two-story Chandelier Bar will replace its normally iridescent purple glow to shine gold.
The Chandelier’s two million shimmering crystals will shine a new hue honoring the hometown heroes during the first two home games of their round 1 series against the San Jose Sharks.
The Chandelier will sparkle gold during Game 3 on Sunday, April 14, and Game 4 on Tuesday, April 16, from 5:00 p.m. until midnight.
Additional ways to enjoy the playoff action include playoff watch parties for home and away games at CliQue Bar & Lounge, where fans can receive a 20% discount off their bill by donning their VGK gear.
Holsteins has introduced a 2019 playoff menu that includes themed-items such as the Knight Up Shake, VGK Burger, NHL Prime Time Burger, Hat Trick Burger, and The Desert Reviver #29 Cocktail.
Christina Tosi’s Milk Bar also offers The Vegas Golden Knights Fancy Shake, a combination of cereal milk soft serve, vanilla cake, Glenlivet twelve year scotch, and chocolate balls for a shake as playful as Fleury.
