DENVER, Colorado — Restaurants across the country continue to come up with innovative ways to stay in business.

In Denver, restaurants currently can't have guests inside the building.

So at Sauce On The Blue, they've moved seating outside and into a yurt.

Owner Tim Appelgate says the structures can seat up to six people.

He says, "Right now we're allowed 6 people at a table as long as they're sitting outside. Our yurts are individually set so they're each individual restaurant rooms so they're allowed to be opened on the patio."

There's a ventilation system in each yurt to air them out between uses.

Tim says he hopes other restaurants use his idea to help them adapt to the changes we've seen this year.
