Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill is pairing their food with a different craft brew every month during the Summer of Beer dinner series at their Downtown Summerlin location.
The first event was held on June 13, where Shaun Frost from Kona Brewing Co. introduced guests to the tropical tasting notes and fruit-forward aromas of the company's seasonal beer varieties. Meanwhile, Executive Chef Spencer Rudow prepared four courses for the luau-themed dinner, featuring Kalua Pig, Ahi tuna poke, Lau Lau Salmon, and Halo Halo.
A second beer dinner is planned with Joseph James Brewing Co. on July 11, and a third will feature Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. on August 8. You can buy tickets here.
