Americana
Americana at Desert Shoes has announced their Valentine’s Day meal service for Feb. 14. The restaurant will offer a curated Valentine’s Day menu from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. on that day. The meal is priced at $140/pp plus tax and gratuity. Wine Pairing Available $45.

Aureole
Located in the Mandalay Bay – Wine afficionados will fall in love at Aureole by Charlie Palmer, which features a four-story climate-controlled wine tower stocked with thousands of bottles. Graceful wine angels will glide through the air to retrieve a chosen selection, which is perfectly matched with a menu of seasonal delicacies. Guests can opt for an added touch of romance by choosing to dine in Aureole’s special outdoor Swan terrace.

Bailiwick All American Pub + Eatery
This pub at the Orleans Hotel and Casino will serve a delectable three-course dinner for two for $49 on Valentine’s Day from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. As a starter, couples will be served a Bailiwick house salad. The main entrée will be a special Land & Sea dish for two, featuring a petit filet, shrimp scampi, grilled vegetables and garlic Parmesan fries. Barry's Downtown Prime
Housed in Circa’s secluded basement level, Barry’s Downtown Prime evokes a throwback vibe worthy of Downtown’s legacy. The restaurant features over 3,200 square feet of private and semi-private dining areas, perfect for a night out with a loved one. To really “wow” dates, Barry’s will serve an upscale prix fixe menu consisting of multiple courses like Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and Filet Mignon, as well as the option for Chef’s suggested additions like a Chilled Shellfish Platter or Dover Sole “Almondine Style.”

Bavette’s
Located at Park MGM – The sister of the acclaimed Chicago restaurant by Brendan Sodikoff embraces French flair without the formality, offering scrumptious steakhouse fare in an unpretentious setting. Guests can choose from flavorful ribeye’s, fresh seafood towers, classic cocktails, and a well-curated international wine list. Those “in the know” will check out the hidden Parlor Lounge in the back for an after-dinner drink in a swanky and private environment.

Bazaar Meat
The culinary team at Bazaar Meat has designed a multi-course experience for two to indulge in a variety of culinary delights for $135 per person. The menu begins with an assortment of whimsical dishes, featuring liquid mozzarella spheres, oyster “funnel cake,” Kobe airbread, beet and citrus salad, croquetas de pollo and Rossejat, a paella-style pasta. For the main presentation, couples will enjoy chateaubriand of brandt beef tenderloin and Josper-roasted sole served together with Robouchon potatoes, setas ajilio, and grilled asparagus. The night will end on a sweet note with an assortment of cream puffs, eclairs, little cakes, and tarts. They will be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Feb. 14.

Benyeh
Enjoy a special Valentine’s Day treat at Benyeh. Favorites include homemade raspberry sauce, white Valrhona chocolate pearls, fresh baked chocolate crumble, Rose meringues. Or indulge in the layered chocolate cake with fresh vanilla bean whipped cream, raspberry gelee, passion fruit and strawberry Valrhona chocolate, edible gold and fresh cut strawberries for $18.50.

Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer
Black Tap at The Venetian is gearing up for the sweetest day of the year with their signature Valentine’s Day Red Velvet Cupcake Shake. Featuring cupcakes flown in from New York’s famed Magnolia Bakery, the Red Velvet Cupcake Shake features a vanilla frosted red-and-white sprinkle rim, topped with a red velvet cupcake, and garnished with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. This special shake will only be available Feb. 14.

Blue Ribbon

Blue Ribbon invites lovers indulge in Valentine’s Day specials, including Lobster Bisque ($20); Pink Trout Roe Blini ($24) with crème fraiche, dill and smoked guava sea salt; and Angel Cake ($15) topped with macerated strawberries, crème anglaise, whipped cream and finished with powdered sugar and mint.

Blume Kitchen & Cocktails
Celebrate love at Blume Kitchen & Cocktails this Valentine's Day, with a special four-course tasting menu created by Executive Chef Lanny Chin. The prix-fixe menu costs $65.00 per person and features Oysters Rockefeller, a Roasted Beet Salad, Surf & Turf for Two, and a Raspberry Chocolate Dessert. Borracha Mexican Cantina
Borracha Mexican Cantina located at the luxurious Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino will offer a variety of selections for the intimate holiday for dine-in guests. Spice up the night with Borracha’s special Valentine’s Day menu served in tandem with the regular offerings on Feb. 14 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. The lover’s day menu includes grilled octopus served with chorizo, potatoes, jalapeno aioli and topped with micro cilantro. For the main course opt for the lobster and crab enchiladas with Maine lobster, crab and tomatillo salsa verde. For dessert Borracha treat your date to a smooth, soft and creamy red velvet flan with fresh strawberries.

Bottiglia Cucina & Enoteca
Bottiglia located at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino will be providing holiday dinner options for dine-in and takeout. The special to-go menu for two is available for pre-order while supplies last starting at $55 is the perfect option for a seductive night at home. The menu includes their famous focaccia bread, set of two appetizers including their savory meatballs served in warm gravy alongside a colorful heirloom tomato caprese to start. For the main course, savor the taste of Italy with Bottiglia’s chicken parm served in a bed of marinara paired perfectly with their signature tagliatelle bolognese. For dessert, smite your lover with their rich and decadent chocolate budino and hazelnut shortbread cookies to end your night. For those opting to dine-in, Bottiglia will offer a prix-fixe menu along with their regular offerings for $65 per guest.

Bouchon Bistro
Bouchon by Chef Thomas Keller at The Venetian is serving up French fare for Valentine’s Day. Enjoy a three-course prix-fixe menu for $105, add a wine pairing for an additional $35 and if you are in the mood for love, an option to order oysters and shellfish from the zinc bar.

Buddy ’Cake Boss’ Valastro’s Italian eatery, Buddy V’s Ristorante at The Venetian, is dishing up some delights this Valentine’s Day with a special 3-course prix fixe menu for $47 including a glass of prosecco upon arrival.

Buffalo Express
Local restaurant Buffalo’s Express and Fat Burger is inviting fans to “swipe their V-card” this Valentine’s Day season by offering a sweet deal on their latest offering, “Chick’n Vings,” made with Quorn Vegetarian Meatless Wings. From Feb.13 to Feb.14, all domestic orders placed at co-branded Fatburger & Buffalo’s Express locations will receive a six-piece order of Chick’n Vings with any purchase. All the guest has to do is mention the promo in person or use the code “VDAY21” online.

Bugsy & Meyer's Steakhouse
The restaurant will serve a multi-course prix fixe menu, priced at $195 per couple. The experience will begin with a sparkling wine toast and appetizer options of crab cake, lobster bisque soup, chopped salad or Caesar salad. Entrée options include a choice of a 32-ounce dry-aged prime tomahawk rib eye, roasted rack of lamb or Mediterranean-style whole branzino. Guests can also choose two sides – options include mac and cheese, Yukon gold potato purée, asparagus or seasonal mushrooms. To end on a sweet note, guests will enjoy a duo of strawberry parfait and chocolate mousse, topped with light strawberry marmalade, rose petals and fresh strawberries. Burnt Offerings
Burnt Offerings is featuring a bottomless champagne brunch for lovers on Feb. 14 in light of Valentine’s Day. From 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., guests can enjoy selections from the special menu including an egg frittata ($9), brisket eggs benedict ($13), chicken parmigiana crepe ($11) and a bottomless mimosa bar ($19). Cafe Aquarius
Café Aquarius at Aquarius Casino Resort will offer a surf and turf featured dish, available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Feb. 11 to Feb. 14. The meal will include a salad; entrée of New York steak and shrimp served with cheddar and jack cheese-stuffed baked potato, fresh broccoli and rolls with butter; and fresh strawberry shortcake for dessert. Guests are invited to celebrate Valentine’s Day with seasonal treats such as chocolate dipped strawberries and heart-shaped hot cocoa bombs. Their Valentine’s Day menu is available Feb. 12-14 for dine-in and to-go. Starting at $199, a Sweethearts Dinner for Couple includes Two 8 oz. Filet Mignon and guests can upgrade to Prime NY Strip, Prime Bone in Ribeye or Bone in Filet for an additional cost. One 14 oz. cold water Lobster Tail carved Table Side if dining in. Chocolate Godiva Cheesecake with chocolate truffles, white chocolate curls, dipped strawberries (or strawberry cheesecake upon request). Frankie’s Uptown

GIADA
GIADA will set the mood for love this Valentine’s Day. Guests are invited to indulge on celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis’ California-Italian fare while taking in amazing views from the center of the Las Vegas Strip. GIADA will offer two tasting menu options for guests to choose from. Guests can also opt for a wine pairing with either menu for an additional $70, or splurge and add Giada’s private reserve premium wine pairing for $120. Hank’s Fine Steaks & Martinis
Hank's at Green Valley Ranch Resort Casino and Spa will be offering a Valentine's Day menu. Hours are from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday – Thursday; 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.

- Appetizer: Tristan lobster salad fennel, avocado, arugula sylvetta, ruby red grapefruit supremes, pickled Fresno chile, louis dressing ($30)

Hawthorn Grill
Have a sophisticated Valentine’s Day dinner in Summerlin at local steakhouse Hawthorn Grill with a three-course prix fixe menu. The menu is $75 per person and served from 5 p.m.-close. Complimentary parking is available at the Spa Tower.

Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar
Hearthstone located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will offer a variety of selections for the special holiday for dine-in and takeout. The Valentine’s to-go menu is now available for pre-order till supplies last starting at $125 and features jumbo lump crab cakes, two spinach salads, two t-bone steaks with lobster mac and cheese and grilled asparagus and chocolate cake served with strawberries for dessert. Guests looking to dine-in will have their choice of Hearthstone’s holiday offerings paired alongside the regular menu. Grammy-nominated saxophonist Dave Koz and R&B superstar vocalist Brian McKnight will present a one-night only virtual concert event, “A Romantic Night In,” on Feb. 13, at 5 p.m. PST. They will be joined by special guest vocalist Sheléa. Tickets are $35, a portion of which will be donated to The Smith Center. Grammy nominated songwriter and piano sensation Jim Brickman, a regular at Myron’s Cabaret Jazz, will continue his Valentine’s Day tradition of nurturing romance with several virtual “Share The Love” live concerts beginning February 12. The Dorsey, Rosina, and Electra Cocktail club will be offering elevated viewing of the game with stadium-style seating with unobstructed views of the 40-foot digital screen, featuring 70 million pixels across one billion colors.
