LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Project 150, a local nonprofit that helps over six thousand disadvantage teens in the valley, received two separate donations from Skye Canyon and Lee Canyon on Giving Tuesday.

Lee Canyon donated 300 coats, jackets and hooded sweatshirts that were collected during Lee Canyon's Spread the Warmth coat drive. Skye Canyon also presented Project 150 with a $5,000 check.
Skye Canyon developer, Chris Armstrong, and Lee Canyon's marketing director, Jim Seely, presented the donations to Project 150.

“Project 150 has transformed these student's lives, providing necessary assistance and a sense of safety after school, and many of the kids that benefit from Project 150 return as adults to volunteer with them and that says a lot about the organization,” Armstrong said.

Project 150 assists underprivileged students in over 50 high schools in Clark County by providing food, clothing, hygiene products, school supplies and college scholarships.
