Restaurants offering specials for CES 2020 attendees

Several Las Vegas restaurants will be offering specials for CES attendees:

Morton Group’s CRUSH at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino will welcome attendees of CES with an exclusive steak and wine offer, available from Jan. 7 through Jan. 10.

CRUSH’s CES offerings will include a 24-ounce Porterhouse steak and to complement the meal, pair the dish with Kuleto Estate, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine from Vegas hockey team owner Bill Foley’s Napa Valley winery, priced at $25 a glass.

CRUSH’s full menu will also be served, including togarashi sea bass, accompanied by braised kale and tomato chutney, priced at $39; ricotta gnocchi, topped with braised short rib and pea purée, priced at $36; and Nutella squeeze, an ice cream sandwich topped with chocolate whipped cream, Nutella cream and caramelized hazelnuts, priced at $10. EDO Tapas is offering a special tasting menu for $60 to CES attendees. Some of the choices available will be Montadito (Smoked salmon crostini, truffled cream cheese, honey); Green Tartare (zucchini, avocado, pistachio vinaigrette); Bikini (Sobrasada, mahon cheese, pressed sandwich); Brava Potatoes; Croquetas (Kimchi pisto, romesco sauce); Gambas Tartare (Gulf shrimp, roasted bone-marrow, chili crab sauce). The tasting menu requires the entire table participation.

Morton Group’s La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn Las Vegas will welcome attendees of CES with an exclusive wine flight, available from Jan. 7 through Jan. 10.

The expertly-curated wine flight will include pours of Burgundy, Domaine Thierry Mortet, "Vignes Belles," Gevrey Chambertin, France 2015; Pinot Noir, Reuling, Sonoma Coast, CA 2012; Super Tuscan, Tenuta di Arceno, "Arcanum," Tuscany, Italy 2006; and Cabernet Sauvignon, Heitz, Trailside Vineyard, Napa Valley, CA 2012, priced at $80.

La Cave’s menu of signature dishes will also be available including the beef filet crostini, prepared with blue cheese and truffle cream, priced at $24; charred octopus, served with crispy fingerling potatoes and fava bean purée, priced at $23; and s’mores flatbread, topped with toasted marshmallow, crushed graham cracker and white and dark chocolate, priced at $13. China Poblano Takeout Menu
No reservation necessary. Hungry patrons can enjoy José Andrés’innovative dining concept, <b>China Poblano</b>, by simply visiting the walk-up window on Level 2 of The Boulevard Tower. The Takeout Menu features fan favorites from Dim Sum and famed Twenty Vegetable Fried Rice, to tacos and a variety of ceviche. Guests can order at the window and take the flavors of China and Mexico to-go, to be enjoyed wherever they wish.

District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew. Brown Bag Meal
Featured inside The Cosmopolitan’s ground-breaking urban food hall, District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew. hails from New Orleans and serves up the best sliders on the Strip. A throwback to the cafeteria days, District offers a Brown Bag Meal for lunch featuring a choice of two Cheeseburger or Fried Chicken Sliders with a side of signature waffle fries and a choice of a soda for $16.

Estiatorio Milos Lunch Special
Found on Level 3 of The Boulevard Tower, Estiatorio Milos provides a serene setting for a fresh and healthy lunch with their three-course prix fixe Lunch Menu. The menu features a choice of a signature appetizer, main course and a dessert for $29.

Momofuku Lunch Plates
In addition to Momofuku’s lunch option, the Lunch Menu now features Lunch Plates – three specials showcasing Momofuku’s most sought-after dishes. Featured Lunch Plates include Shoyu Pork Ramen & Pork Belly Bun, Fried Chicken & Kimchi Potato Salad or Avocado Grain Salad & Spice Cucumbers each for $25. Each Plate is served with a small draft beer or non-alcoholic beverage of choice.

Sand Dollar Lounge is offering a free beer to all CES credentialed guests. They are calling it, "Show us your badge, first beer on us!"
