LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — It's Mardi Gras and the good times are rolling in Las Vegas!
Today's Fat Tuesday celebrations are happening and 13 Action News went around town to ReBar on Main Street in the Downtown Arts District. Locals and tourists are invited to have a great time while enjoying the 3rd annual Mini Mardi Gras Parade.
This parade features a bar crawl to area pubs and even a custom carboard float contest where judges will check out and rate the best & worst dressed. There will be over $500 in cash and prizes for participants.
"This is the place for locals to enjoy themselves, relax, and have lots of fun," says ReBar owner and operator Derek Stonebarger. "We've been doing this for three years, and it keeps getting bigger, and bigger, we're excited."
The festivities start tonight at 6 p.m.
