NORTH LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A nonprofit renovated a Las Vegas valley family's home as part of THE GOOD DEED PROJECT.
Ana Chavez is a single parent with 3 children. She and her family now have a new roof, a remodeled kitchen and leveled flooring.
One of her sons was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and had trouble walking on uneven floors. He now also has a new bed.
Chavez says she's always grateful to have a roof over her head and food on the table and she's most thankful for her family.
