LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Neon Museum is celebrating Women's History Month with several of its iconic neon signs that show the role women have played in the history of Las Vegas.
The iconic Moulin Rouge sign, for example, was created by Betty Willis who was a designer in an era with few women in that business.
She also designed the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign.
