A valley man was presented with a check at Westgate hotel-casino for close to $1 million.
James Salinas received the check for $914,175 Saturday as part of the 2015 pro football SuperContest, beating out 1,700 other contestants.
Salinas said this was a life-changing moment for him and his family. He plans to use some of his winning to pay for his kids' college expenses.
