LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A lucky slots player is the newest Las Vegas millionaire thanks to a recent $1.8 million jackpot.
The guest was playing a $1 Wheel of Fortune machine when hitting the $1,883.896.27 progressive at the Venetian hotel-casino, with a first report of the jackpot on May 11.

Saturday's winner, whose name was not immediately released, joins other recent gamblers cashing in on slots in Las Vegas.
A visitor from California was playing a Wheel of Fortune machine at the South Point hotel-casino on May 8 when she won $954,263.11.
