Some elementary school kids got early Christmas presents.

Santa shook hands with the kids at Robert Taylor Elementary School Wednesday. He's exactly the man they want to see.

After the kids saw Santa, they went behind a curtain and to see piles of gifts and warm clothes they get to take home.

The gifts come from the Silberkraus Family Foundtion. This is their first big project, making sure every kid gets something.

"This is one of the less privileged schools in Henderson. I know we think of Henderson as a very affluent area," said
Stephen Silberkraus, an organizer of the event.

The kids and faculty were very grateful.

"We're not just teachers and administrators and students, we are a family," said Kimberly Basham, the school's principal.

The school has more than 600 students and every one of them was allowed to take home something.
