Happening Today: First Tuesday event with Las Vegas police

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is hosting this month's First Tuesday event tonight.

Police say it is an opportunity for the community to have an open forum of communication with the police officers who patrol their neighborhoods.

On the first Tuesday of every month, the department opens the doors to its substations from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
