In honor of January’s National Skating Month, the team at Fiesta Rancho SoBe Ice Arena is encouraging guests of all ages to get on the ice with free skate rentals and group lessons for skaters of all ability levels on Tuesday, Jan. 26.
Guests ages 3 and older are encouraged to participate, and games and prizes will be given out. The free skate, which includes admission, skate rental and lessons, will be from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Coaches from the Las Vegas Academy of Skating will be on hand and offering skating tips, followed by group lessons according to age and level of skating.
Local figure skaters and hockey players will put on a brief exhibition before opening the ice rink back up for fun Olympic-style games.
