Dream Hotel coming to Las Vegas Strip in 2023

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A luxury lifestyle hotel is being planned for the Las Vegas Strip.

The Dream Hotel Group has announced that it is planning to build a 450-room luxury lifestyle hotel across the street from Mandalay Bay Resort and Bali Hai Golf Club.

The hotel would be located next to the private aviation terminal at McCarran International Airport and 2 blocks from the Allegiant Stadium.

The 21-story boutique hotel will feature a rooftop pool deck, 3 restaurants, 2 bar and lounge concepts, a grab-and-go cafe on the street level, 12,000-square-feet of private meeting and event space, a full-service spa, fitness center and on-site parking.

The hotel, which will be designed by the DLR Group, will have an "undulating contemporary design" featuring lustrous glass and metal facade, radiused corners, spacious double-height terraces, oversized windows and more.

The Dream Hotel Group operates 16 hotels and has another 20 locations under development worldwide.

Construction is set to begin and 2021 with completion in 2023.
