The Regal Best Picture Film Festival is taking place through March 4 at Regal Cinemas. The movies nominated for an Oscar this year are "Call Me By Your Name," "Darkest Hour," "Dunkirk," "Get Out," "Lady Bird," "Phantom Thread," "The Post," "The Shape of Water" and "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri."
